Officials are evaluated on a game-by-game basis.
These evaluations are not visible to the officials themselves - only league admins have access to this information.
Evaluations are submitted on behalf of a team, not an individual. All staff members with an email address have access to view and/or edit the information submitted.
Evaluations can be re-submitted if necessary, replacing all previous data.
After logging in and opening a contest, click the "Evaluate Officials" option in the right sidebar.
If officials have already been assigned to the contest you will see their names with a white "Edit Evaluation" button.
If you do not see a staff member at the top, in the bottom left there's a dropdown menu that will allow you to add them to the contest.
If an official does not appear within that dropdown it means they are not in the system yet. You can add them by filling out the form on the right.
Evaluations collect a 0-10 rating of an official's knowledge, attitude and consistency.
If there is reason to elaborate on your ratings you can do so in the comments section.
When finished, click the blue "Submit Evaluation" button in the top right corner.
Evaluations can be re-submitted at a later date if necessary.
